Kat Graham & Giuliano Bekor Runway Cover Pt. 1

We are so excited to share the cover and magazine spread from Runway magazine featuring the beautiful Katerina Graham.  Vampire Diary fans will have a blast with this one.  The shoot was pretty amazing and the result is spectacular! There are tons of different looks, some wild, some classic, and Kat looks great in them all. There are so many great looks, that we’re splitting it into two parts.  Giuliano definitely killed this!

    We have recently become aware that you have using the Name, title, links, Google, Bing and Yahoo feeds/reads which incorporates our client’s proprietary trademark Runway Magazine. When removing from your platforms, make sure you remove all links, covers titles, magazine pdf’s, digital magazine’s, description and tags associated with the misrepresentation of Runway Magazine [Runway Mag] in question.

    In addition, you have also wrongfully published copyrighted materials, photographs and content which are owned by my client in violation of 17 U.S.C 501, including the copyright and trademark rights in the name Runway Magazine, for which our client owns a U.S Trademark rights. Please be advised that these actions are a clear infringement of the trademarks and copyrights in our client’s proprietary content.  

    Accordingly, in order to protect Runway Magazine’s rights, we must insist that you: 1) cease and desist from any and all further use of Runway Magazine’s proprietary and copyright protected materials, photographs and content; cease and desist from any use of the trademark Runway Magazine, Runway Fashion Magazine, GOTRUNWAY? and Runway Report or any mark similar thereto.

    We request your prompt written reply to this demand If you are not willing to do so, we will have to assume that your selection and continued use of the infringing material is an intentional attempt to infringe upon Runway Magazine Inc’s copyrights and trademark rights, and we will have no choice but to initiate appropriate legal proceedings to protect our client’s rights.

    We trust that you understand the seriousness of this matter.  We request your written response within five business days of receipt of this letter.  Nothing contained in or omitted from this letter will be deemed to be admission of any fact or a waiver of any rights or remedies with respect to the subject of this letter, all of which rights and remedies are expressly reserved.
